Look what I found on eBay!

I found this cute plaque to go on top of my new Bear Case! I was just surfing for "signs" in the Bear category on eBay ;)

Do you see that adorable little bunny to the right? That is from my very good friend Daphne Blau! I just love him :)

And I've started something new... I'm "Tweeting" on Twitter now! If you check out the section in the upper right hand corner there you can see "What I'm up to Today."

Have Fun with Bear Displays this Fall!

Although the temperature feels like summer right now, it IS October and thus, fall! I love fall.... for the cooler weather (normally!) and the decorating!

Here are just a few ways I have displayed some of my bear collection this fall.....

Displaying your Bears

When I first started collecting bears, they were all in natural colors. As time went on, however, I started adding non-traditionally colored bears (and bunnies!)

One of my favorite colors is purple. You may have noticed how many purple bears and bunnies I make LOL!

Another way to display your bears, if you have bears of non-traditional colors - is to group similarly colored bears together!

Displaying your Bears!

A huge part of collecting artist bears for me is the fun in changing my displays - and especially finding new ways to display my bears.

In the beginning.. I had trouble trying to think of ways to do this. I needed a "jumpstart" of sorts :)

So off I went to my best friend Nancy's house.... She is the one who was responsible for bringing me into the world of teddy bear collecting for adults in general - and artist bears particularly. I've always LOVED how she's able to put together displays.... and make it look effortless! She has a wonderful talent for this.

I decided to bring my camera - and take photos..... Here are some photos of bear displays in Nancy's house I've taken over the years. I'll just post a few right now....
