These are luxury items :) I often save up and cut costs in other ways in order to afford my bear habit LOL!

Soyola, what a great deal you have with hubby!! Of course, your daughter may now want the same deal :) I think it's awesome that you've gotten her into the hobby as well :)Laura Lynnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13764499144427502963noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3037370479138274371.post-64263775602786765092010-01-16T21:20:49.428-06:002010-01-16T21:20:49.428-06:00I have two bear collections. My main collection, however, is my purple pandas. They're all between 3-6" in height and made out of various materials. All are handmade, and most are custom orders, so my husband and I have a deal: I'm allowed one per month under $100, or one every two-three months if they cost more. Unfortunately, I've now gotten my young daughter hooked on the hobby, too!Soyalanoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3037370479138274371.post-30236736808098750442009-11-19T22:19:31.151-06:002009-11-19T22:19:31.151-06:00mary said , I save all sizes but love the 4-9"...mary said , I save all sizes but love the 4-9" ones the best. ...It's hard to say really, I went for 6-9 too.

I do prefer bears a little bigger than that when I make them myself, I do have a 14" bear, but all the others I own fall under the 6-9 - They tend to be more affordable and I own mainly Jenny Loves Benny bears and she tends to make them smallish - so the size matters less than the style - although the price does have a 'bearing' on whether I buy.
I love the more expenxive bears, and think the price is fair, but I cannot afford them and to buy Mohair for myself...lol.Emo Bearshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05355146613675406838noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3037370479138274371.post-72339640264409452312009-09-17T09:50:55.394-05:002009-09-17T09:50:55.394-05:00For your little survey, I put down 6-9 inch. I enjoy a bear that can travel around with me in my purse or bag!

My bear collection, currently, varies, from Gund classics to hand-made sculpey bears.

I have several artists that I desperately want to buy bears from... but of course, since they're such high quality, it can get rather expensive, so I have to wait!Heatherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15111661500387424612noreply@blogger.com
